Over the past few weeks I usually stay up between 5-7:30 AM and sleep till around 3 or 4 PM. Even being active during the day, eating healthy and so on, my body still* responds in this same pattern. The thing is, I enjoy sleeping this way because I am a night person. I am 23, this isn’t the first time this has happened. She works full time but her employer charges an outrageous amount of money for health insurance. I know there are many many young people who don’t have health insurance, mostly because of the cost of high insurance premiums. But my daughter really needs it cause she has some health issues that will stay with her for a lifetime.

The program would be to train young people (ages 18 to 25) for free on basic health care, such as CPR, taking blood pressure, etc. Things people should know how to do in an emergency situation or if the situations simply warrants it.
