Lavendar aromatheraphy. Candles and oils will soothe you into a sleepy mode. Relaxation techniques like meditation also helps. Change channels in your mind. Learn to switch off and relax. If you have sleep problems it could also be the caffeine in your coffee, soft drinks and any high powered (sugar) foods you may have had during the day. (Even chocolate!) Good luck.

i have a lot of trouble sleeping off and on, so when i am having trouble, i try hot tea, there are specific types for sleeping, i use plain tea with a touch of lemon in it. warm milk is said to be a good helper. but i can’t drink it warm so i have never tried it. a nice warm bath is always good, it helps your body relax. and if all else fails, i use tylenol pm!

Chamomile tea is good. Use lavendar in a hot bath and soak for a while before going to bed. Also try and turn off the tv, computer, sterio like a half hour before bedtime, light some candles read a book and just relax. Oh yeah…and warm milk with cinnamon and nutmeg is an oldie but a goodie, so try that too
