Is this dangerous to my Brothers health?

there are NO double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trials for pepper enemas but who knows? My uncle has terrible skin and brought over a lady-friend from China. She used herbal remedies and his skin never looked better.
You could just send your bro to the doctors. Stomach ulcer therapy is fairly easy to treat. Although, he may like the attention of this lady. At least you can offer Western medicine to him. Most ulcers are caused by a certain bacteria that I won’t go into that can be treated easily as well.

sounds like rubbish. I would talk to your brother, not only could RED PEPPER damage his lining in his intestines, I AM SURE IT HURTS. and on top he isnt seeking othe types of treatment. Try to talk him into seeing a liscenced practiner.
