I am on a wellness committee @ work and we are trying to come up with a calendar that has daily tips to be healthier…for example park farther away when you park, drink 8 cups of water, add a fruit to your meal…you get the idea. I was wondering what protein shake I should take for lifting. I’ve been lifting for football season coming up and I’ve been using Up Your Mass. The problem is, I feel it’s adding to much body fat. I currently weight 210 at 5′9. My main goal is to build endurance for running (So I could lose body fat), and to gain muscle (I mainly want to go up in benching since I can only rep 185 four times.)

It’s summer so I am trying to lose some of weight (I’d like to shed 10 or 20 lbs) because I’m 5′7″ and 135-140lbs. I think it’s safe to admit that I love food and every now and then I end up eating a big mac and ice cream but I do exercise and drink tons of water. Does anyone know of any great or unique health/beauty tips? I try to moisturize every day to maintain soft skin. And I mix like 3 conditioners and leave them in my hair for 5 minutes while I soap up. That keeps my hair very soft and silky. I was just wondering what other tips were out there.
I heard put coffe grinds on your skin mixed with water and the caffeen wakes up your skin and makes it look great.
