Bar rot, can it be cured with home remedies?

I’ve recently discovered that a reoccuring skin condition on my finger is what is commonly referred to as “bar rot.” I don’t have health insurance, so I was wondering if there were any known home remedies to alleviate the situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated…
I’m looking for HOME REMEDIES… I’ve already got the skin condition from working as a waitress. I no longer am a waitress, but the condition persists, even without the hazardously wet conditions.

Also known as paronchia, which afflicts hands which spend a lot of time wet, i.e. bar workers, dish washers.
It often starts as wet/white skin on your fingers, which dires to thick, dry, peeling skin. This can lead to painful swellings of the folds around the cuticle, then possibly infections that require the pus to be drained and antibiotics, and then to fungal infections, and possibly surgery.
Its best to try to keep your hands dry by drying them quickly after getting them wet, or wearing gloves to keep them dry. Use an antibacterial, waterless gel to clean your hands often.

I know it sounds gross….but use your own urine. Put it on a let it dry then rinse.
